erasethis.xyz provides one shared Screen controlled by a deterministic public ranking. Users purchase a JOIN, TAKE THE SCREEN, or ERASE THIS action. An action may establish placement or control visibility, but it does not buy ownership of content, permanent placement, or a guaranteed duration.

There are no prizes, financial returns, or games of chance. Amount and tie-breaking rules determine ranking as described in the Rules.

Placement does not guarantee traffic, clicks, followers, engagement, revenue, or uninterrupted playback. Another valid action may change the ranking immediately. Third-party platforms may block, remove, restrict, or interrupt embedded media without changing ranking ownership.

Submitted media remains owned by its creator or platform. You must have the right to submit the URL and must follow these Terms, the Rules, and applicable platform terms. Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, malicious, or otherwise prohibited content.

erasethis may block or remove content, preserve evidence, and restrict use to protect users, rights holders, or the service. Moderation is separate from ERASE THIS.

You are responsible for using the asset, network, amount, and address shown in checkout. Payment confirmation and ranking execution are separate, and eligibility is revalidated before execution.

The Payment policy describes exceptions and refund expectations. Refunds are not automatic and may be impossible for unsupported or incorrectly routed transfers.

The service, realtime connection, provider APIs, and third-party embeds may be unavailable or interrupted. erasethis may pause actions, change supported providers, or update these Terms and Rules for safety, reliability, or legal requirements.
