If a payment was detected or confirmed but the action did not finish, do not send another payment. Keep the payment reference shown in checkout and contact support.

Include:

• the payment reference;
• the approximate payment time;
• the amount and asset sent;
• the transaction hash, if available.

The public support email is not configured yet. Paid actions remain disabled until this launch requirement is completed.

EraseThis support will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

Never send a seed phrase, private key, wallet recovery phrase, password, or one-time authentication code.

Use “Report content” next to the current Screen entry for the fastest in-product report. For a rights-holder or takedown request, contact support with the entry URL or public event link and explain the issue.
