Payment policy

Payments are made with USDC. Checkout supports Solana, Polygon, and Ethereum. Send only the exact asset, selected network, amount, and address shown for that payment.

Always send USDC using the network selected at checkout. A wrong asset, network, address, or unsupported transfer may not be detected and may be unrecoverable. Network fees and minimum transfer rules can also affect what the provider receives.

A detected transfer may require blockchain and provider confirmation. Confirmation does not itself change the ranking.

Ranking can change while payment confirms. Before executing JOIN, TAKE THE SCREEN, or ERASE THIS, erasethis revalidates the original action against the current authoritative ranking. Every payment is an independent action; previous payments are not future credit.

Partial payments, late payments, duplicate payments, provider errors, and payments whose requested action is no longer eligible may require manual investigation. If checkout says payment was detected or received, do not send another payment.

Keep the payment reference and contact Support. Investigation may result in safe completion, a manual replacement action or credit, a case-by-case refund where possible, or a finding that the transfer cannot be recovered.

• If no payment was received, there is nothing to refund.
• Underpayments and partial payments require review; they do not automatically execute or refund.
• Wrong-network, wrong-asset, and unsupported transfers may be unrecoverable.
• A provider-confirmed payment whose action was invalidated is reviewed case by case.
• Duplicate payments require investigation and are not automatically refunded.
• A provider status such as expired or failed does not, by itself, prove that no funds were sent.

erasethis does not currently provide automatic refunds. Any refund requires manual provider or wallet handling, may incur fees, and is not guaranteed until the specific transfer has been investigated.
